Gulf Dunes is a private gated residential community on the Gulf side of Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. Short-term rentals are not allowed, creating a quieter residential setting along the coast. The community includes Gulf-front and Gulf-side homes with deeded beach access in a convenient 30A West location.
