Heron's Crossing

Heron's Crossing is a small residential community at the western end of Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. Short-term rentals are not allowed, creating a more residential setting while remaining convenient to the beaches, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, shopping and dining along 30A. The community includes both single-family homes and townhomes and features a private community pool.
