The Retreat

The Retreat is an exclusive gated residential community directly on Scenic 30A in Blue Mountain Beach. Short-term vacation rentals are not allowed, creating a private residential setting along one of the most desirable stretches of 30A. Owners enjoy an expansive private beach, beach club, community pool, lake access and beautifully preserved natural surroundings.

The Retreat permits leases of 12 months or longer but does not allow short-term vacation rentals. Rental restrictions and community information are subject to change. Buyers should verify current HOA covenants, rules and governing documents before purchasing.
